When is The Event and How Much Does it Cost?
The 2022 Coffee and Tea festival will be hosted on Saturday, February 19th and Sunday, February 20th.
- VIP Admission: $35 each +taxes/fees →
Saturday: 10am-5pm (Sold out); Sunday: 10am-4pm
- General Admission: $25 each + taxes/fees (BEST OPTION)→
Saturday: 12pm-5pm; Sunday: 12pm-4pm
- Rush Admission: $10 each→
Saturday only 3-5pm (wouldn’t recommend, not enough time!)
- Vietnamese Coffee Tasting and Brewing Workshop-Add on (Saturday only) $25 each + taxes/fees. You must purchase an admissions ticket before the add on. From 1-2pm on Saturday, learn about Vietnamese culture + coffee. Expect to take home a sample box of three coffees + a classic coffee filter (phin).
Where Can I Buy Tickets?
Purchase tickets online at their website or Eventbrite.com for general admission. At this time, all VIP ticket sales for Saturday are sold out. Don’t worry though. The only thing VIP gets you is earlier access, which makes no difference. (We have attended for many years.) Get there as soon as general admission hours begin and you will definitely get a chance to visit all the vendors once, twice, and maybe three times! Trust us, you’ll be making your rounds after sampling to shop!
Should I Bring Anything?
Appetite: Bring an appetite! It’s unbelievable how full you will get from so many different liquids and snacks. If you’re still hungry when you leave, be sure to visit Jungle Cafe on Greenpoint Ave. It’s an amazing local vegan restaurant walking distance from the Expo Center. It’s a vegan + kosher buffet restaurant and cafe with an emphasis on nutrition. We personally recommend their Beet Burger. Best.Food.Ever!
Bag: Leave your coat in the car and bring a huge purse or backpack. Better, bring a rolling backpack. Upon entry with general admission, you may receive a small tote bag that says “Coffee and Tea Festival” depending on how many they have left in stock. They are given out on a first-come, first-serve basis, and there will be no samples in it.
This small tote bag is an awesome souvenir, but it simply isn’t big enough. If you purchase a VIP ticket, you will definitely receive a tote bag with samples in it.
You will get many full-sized samples from this festival. The vendors will practically be throwing them at you! Stock up with lots of goodies. You may spend more money than you anticipate since the products and brands are too good to pass up. You’ll also want a safe pocket to store all the business cards you collect. That way, you remember your favorite brands to shop online (or in store if possible) later.

Do I Need a Vaccine for The Coffee and Tea Fest?
Current government mandates for attending indoor events currently require that all individuals ages 5 and above are required to show proof of vaccination upon entry.
